CANDLES
The candle will burn for approximately 70 hours. Due to the wax weight the candle should burn for 80 hours, however we deduct 10 hours due to the shape of the base of the candle form and some wax remaining as the candle cannot burn all of the way down. 2-3cms of wax should always remain in the base of the candle jar for safety reasons.
Yes of course! We have the perfect solution for this, our exquisite parfum oil diffuser refill. The easiest way to clean out the remaining wax is to use a spoon or kitchen towel and scoop out the wax. You can then polish it with vinegar or warm soapy water (be careful of the label). The empty vessel can also be used as a cold drink drinking glass, vase, or for things in your bathroom like cotton buds and cotton wool, hair pins and hair ties. Use it for whatever you wish. We recommend not placing hot drinks in the glass.
The candles are made from 100% pure natural wax. The wax is a soy blended wax, blended with beeswax.
The wicks are made from 100% cotton which is natural and will ensure a clean burn.
The chosen fragrance is quite subtle comprising of Jasmine, Fleur de Tiaré and Vanilla. It is suitable to be placed in any space and perfect for him and for her.
During the hand pouring process the hot liquid scented wax is poured in to the glass. When the wax becomes solid, some air bubbles can appear. This is very common and does not impact the burnability of the candle.
This can happen if you do not trim your wick. Always ensure your wick is standing upright and trimmed to approximately 6-7mm before use and always trim again before re-lighting. If the wax is too long it will form soot and this soot will leave the black residue on your candle vessel.
